Happy New Year. You’re probably wondering what happened. Nothing happened. Everything happened. I’ve been working with some great partners at Mag+ to help bring print media to the iPad since last spring to put out app titles like Outside and Maxim. I’ll have some samples up soon and more photos of places and sandwiches and things.

Went to Scotland, went curling, toured the Hendrick’s Gin distillery and then hustled back across the Atlantic for a Boston wedding. Congrats newly minted Ross family. Writing up distillery notes and just finished a screenplay with Teddy Blanks and submitted for Sundance Screenwriters Lab. Also, a lil’ blog post on bad re-branding efforts here.

Back from the Bourbon Trail in KY, working on iPad Mag+ redesign for PopSci’s app and readying for Scotland trip for some gin next week. Also I moved to Crown Heights and feel like I live in New York again. There are consequences. Lastly, I wrote this.

I submitted some new illustration work to Australian INfront in part because I want a new Wacom tablet and in part because I secretly want to move to Melbourne. It’s truly lovely work to be grouped with and my best to all in the field. You can view and/or vote here. The theme is portraits and voting closes August 30th.
